Anyone know updated articles on the benefit of Volume Guarantee for neonates.We are using this modes for about 9 years now...our physician gets so in love with it.When we introduce the Servoi with NAVA- and babies are apneic then we have to go to PC BUT ...they would like the VG on any conventional mode.I been arguing on the disadvantage of VG ,but they like that it's self weaning>>>>?? anyone can share latest study on VG...Thanks million
