Has anyone had any experience with using NIV (bilevel) with neonates? I've questioned the need for intubation with babies who have a long apnea period (20-30 seconds every 1-2 minutes) and have wondered if bipap could be used in this case. But are there any devices that can provide bilevel ventilation? If so, what are they?
