Hi, I have about 5 monitors with this weird error. I will describe it below.

Turn on machine.
Boots up.
LCD monitor will not turn on, but..
Machine behaves as if the monitor works, no error beeps, if you touch the screen at the right place it behaves normal, touchscreen works, but LCD does not turn on.
The buttons on the panel work, when you press them they light up.


I tried replacing the LCD screen but still does not turn on.

So it seems as if only the vga signal is not working. The weird thing is I got 5 Evita XL with the same problem. The only solution is to swap out the whole monitor, not just the LCD. It seems its the controller PCB behind the LCD stopped working. I tried upgrading the software on the display (along with upgrading the whole Evita XL software) , but that does nothing.
