I know: that question was probably asked sometime ago.But I need a quick answer concerning two devices:
-DAR Hygrobac S vs -BOMImed F/H Humidifier W/Gas sampling port A quick test answered one question: extrinsec resistance is lower with the BOMImed (1 cmH2O/l/s) than with DAR (3 cmH2O/l/s), HME beeing dry. Beside that (and the price, lower with BOMImed), did any of you have any experience with the BOMImed device? Thank you all for your time. |
