This has become an ongoing issue in our NICU. We currently use the fisher paykel system 31 or 37. Is anyone else havingthis problem? I am soo convinced that this is happening in other NICU.

ever since we changed to heated wire in both the inspiratory and expiratory limbs, we no longer have problems with rainout in our circuits

If you continue to have problems try a F&P 830(I think this is the correct model number) and a circuit with a natheon expiratory limb.
