It has come to our attention that the Elastikon tape we use to secure nasal prongs (over Tegaderm placed on infants skin) has latex in it or a by-product of latex. Other than Neo Bars and Neo Fits does anyone have any suggestions for tape or other devices for securing prongs for CPAP/NIV?

The only thing we use is called a CANNULAIDE made by Beevers Manufacturing and Supply. It is latex free and hold very effectively. 2 of the other Neonatal units in the City use the same product as well.
