Are there any specific journal articles/references regarding making patients NPO while on NIPPV for respiratory distress? | ||

Usually we just take the patient off the BiPAP while they are eating, and put them on a nc. If they're SpO2 doesn't hold long, they'll have to eat fast. | |||
