We have just started using NAVA in our hospital, and I am wondering what other RTs out there think of this mode. Plus any hints or tips that might help. So far we have had one pt on it and he ended up back on PSV. He did well for a day, then started working hard even though we kept his Edi in the 5- 15 range. which, we are told,is in the normal WOB range.
