Hello, I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker practicing on an LTAC in Indianapolis, IN. I am on a terminal wean protocol committee and am having difficutly finding literature that supports or indicates social work and pastoral care services as part of the terminal wean process.

Does anyone know of any publications that speak to this? I greatly appreciate any help.
