Any suggestions for pediatric home ventilators? We have a 1y with severe CLD, did not do well on LTV-1000, maybe unable to trigger well, regardless did not do well, does extremely well on Servo i. Any suggestions for pt. friendliness, ease of triggering, etc.?

I would have a try with an E-vent, or the Newport ventilator. The leak compensation on the LTV is not good. We have a lot of problem with leaky trachs.
