Hello, I am a new RT so bear with me. I have seen a few kids on the LTVs not triggering the vent at times (usually when sleeping). They will have a few shallow breaths between the vent breath without triggering the PS breath. But they can trigger the vent and do so quite often. They don't seem to be struggling but it concerns me that the vent is not picking up on these breaths. One has a sens of 2 and the other 3 because of her leak. CBGs on both kids are good.

Just wondering if anyone can make me feel better about leaving them as is or is this something to be really concerned with???
