Hello. I have a question. On the Mode APRV in ventilators such as the Evita XL, Evita 2 Dura, and Evita 4, you can use what I call High Frequency Airway Pressure Release Ventilation HFAPRV. What you can do is set the Thigh to 0.1, and TLow of 0.1. I'm curious to see who has ever done it, how it worked, and what they thought. Has anyone ever actually tried that on themselves to see what it would feel like? It might be good for a facility that does not have HFOV, but then again Its not the same, because the exhalation is not activ e and is passive. I'm curious on what results you have gotten.
