Hi, I'm trying to find a facility near Conyers Georgia that will accept my mom. She's currently in Post Falls Idaho, so we'll also need to figure out an ambulance flight. The facility and case manager here seems to want to just keep mom for the money, and has not helped us at all. It's so frustrating! Does anyone know where I would start?
