Has anyone had a chance to use Brovana on their patients?

We just started using it here...I am at a small rural facility in southern Ohio. We started one woman w/ fairly severe COPD on it. We had no inservicing at all so I am not even sure that she should be started on it during an acute exacerbation. We are giving it Q12 w/ a duoneb tx Q6 inbetween. The patient says she likes it...who knows....!?
