I am looking for a device that use to be called a PRESSURE-EASY.This device regulated the pressure.It attached to the pilot balloon and the inner cannula of the trach or the adapter on the top of the endo tube.This device would increase pressure to the cuff during a mechanical breath to seal airway,then relieve the pressure to a safe zone between breaths.It used a figure 8 shaped spring in it.
