I don't know of any sites that specifically target long term vent care, but I would post a message to Jim Lubin's excellent vent users group Vent Users Discussion Listserv, and also check out the discussions on our discussion/listserv discussion page, http://www.ventworld.com/resources/is_listservs.asp.
