In the hospital where I work, we use a lot of the old mist tents but most of us are trying to find options to get out of this habit. We are trying to use Cubes for some of the patients but find that it gets hot inside them. Any suggestions on how to cool them off? Or any other options for the replacement of the mist tent? Although I prefer to use a nasal cannula with most of the peds we have that need O2, the staff at this hospital balks at telling the parents it is up to them to keep the child wearing such. Help please?
