DO YOU HAVE MANIFOLD SYSTEMS READY TO GO FOR ALL YOUR VENTIALTED UNITS IN CASE THE OXYGEN GOES OUT?

I have 18 double maniold systems [36 H cylinders]for this type of emergency. Personally, I would like to keep 3 setsups ready to go. I could then store the other 15 manifold setups in the bulk oxygen room so they are available when neeed vs the current system of trying to build a bulk storage system to store the cubic feet gas in the 30 H tanks. We have 2-17 bed units, 1-12bed longterm unit, 1-6 bed chronic vent ward, and the IC/PICU/ED.
HELP!!!
