The LAST thing you want to do is go through RUE. They are a scam. I was going to do it just this past week and the contract had some red flags so I looked up reviews. There was not one positive review and they have an "F" rating from the BBB.

I looked into Achieve Test Prep. It's legit if you have the $20,000 to spend on it, & only $4,400 is eligible for any kind of gov funding.
