We have recently aquired some "Vapotherm" heated high humidity systems for n/c's. We mostly use them on neo's. (level #b NICU)
Has anyone out there used these units much?? Actually, they are pretty awesome but I would like some other input from out there.

We have been using them a lot, both in the NICU and on adults. We have found that they decrease dead space and lower CO2 very effectively. Sometimes if an adult patient will not tolerate Bipap, and can do without postive pressure, we have found that vapotherm is a good alternative to try.
