event- medical ltd ---- inspiration ventilator
Dear Readers,

I want to clear up any rumors that may be on this site. The Inspiration Ventilator system received FDA clearance for it's suite of new modes on January 16, 2004. These modes have been released elsewhere in the world prior to this US FDA clearance. I am Steve Tunnell,President and Managing Director of eVent. We are very proud of our progress as a new ventilator company founded in 2000. Since our formation we have released numerous ventilator products and software options. We however were in existance prior to the release of the 840 Neomode to clear up further rumors by the VENTGUY; nor due we boast to be engineers from Puritan Bennett. We have two engineers who claim Puritan Bennett experience out of 39 total. Most of our engineers are European. PB's engineering group was based in Carlsbad. Management is mostly ex PB employees who left Mallinckrodt not Tyco to clarify for Gooner. We have terrific representation throughout the world and believe that service and customer satisfaction is paramount. In the US we are represented by Cardinal Health Care. In Japan we are represented by Fukuda Denshi. Both of these partners are well known for their quality and committment to the customer and they are representative of our quality relationships with our customers around the world. I am glad to see the positive feedback about our product by those who have used it on this site. I invite you to visit our site as well: www.event-medical.com
Thank you Mr. Kaye for providing this site to exchange ideas and information. Regards, Steve Tunnell RRT.

I appologize if I conveyed some misinformation. I was just repeating what some of the individuals on your sales team are preaching to us customers. Thank you for clearing that up for me and for the rest of the vent world readers. I personal feel much better that most of engineers are not from PB, Mallinckrodt or Tyco.

Mr. Tunnell, I am a student. I doing a research project on who has the most compatible vent and your ventilator caught my interest because of its versatile. However when it come to find out the simple pricing and technical questions about it I could not reached anyone by phone nor email. No one from your company responds to my repeated request to help me on research.

Thx - Ann
