<Jim>Humidifier/heater for portable vent
Good Morning:
I have a 16 year old boy who was diagnoses with insidious descending paralysis which left him vent dependent. He is at home and uses an electric wheelchair. He has a portable vent, but doesn't like to use it because it doesn't have a humidifier/heater. Does anyone have any ideas what could help this situation.

<MEG>The Fisher-Paykel Humidifier is a very nice unit and can be adapted to most wheelchair frames or bedside stands.
