Hello,
I work at a hospital where there is no Therapist Driven Protocols, no involvement whatsoever from respiratory therapist. The critical care nurses want to take over ventilator managements by interfering with ventilator settings, etc, etc, etc... Anybody know of hospitals in Texas that are involved more, utilize their skills, offering more challenge? How can I go about finding out if certain hospitals offers this in Texas?

I know several RT's that work in various places in Texas----Dallas, San Antonio, etc.
