Has anyone experienced problems with the new UPS unit by Pulmonetics?

<PCMStexas>I have not personally experienced any problems and I haven't heard of any lately. I think they had a problem in the past with the vent not switching over when the battery was hooked-up, but they got that fixed. I usually just call them directly at 1-800-754-1914 - they are pretty good about troubleshooting over the phone.
