There anyone out there have a good intubation policy and procedure written up? I'm lazy and just want to plagiarize.

If you will email me at lester_cash@ssmhc.com i will send you ours. we have been doing all the intubations at my hospital for over 20 years and we teach all the residents. We have a good relationship with the Anes. staff as well and are able to use them for help and/or they will call us for help with difficult intubations.
